The data indicates that her progressive policies, including bail reform and lenient sentencing, have allowed criminals to operate with impunity, leading to an increase in violent incidents.

Federal prosecutors also have history of incompetence and/or corruption. Consider Hunter Biden case where prosecutions on most serious tax charges expired. Also consider Soros case where he publicly admitted filing false statement in his citizenship application. Not sure why Foxx should be viewed differently.
In just about every case where Soros has backed a DA’s campaign where the candidate has won, crime has exploded in the respective area – Voters should get a clue sooner or later that the safety of their cities depend on an aggressive DA and law enforcement!
