Cincinnati Teacher CALLS for Trump Death — Parents DEMAND Firing

A Cincinnati private school teacher sparked nationwide outrage after posting a video expressing disappointment that an assassination attempt against President Donald Trump failed, prompting immediate calls for her termination and credential review.

Video Goes Viral After Libs of TikTok Post

Corinne Baum, who teaches at The Children’s House, a private Montessori-style school in Cincinnati, posted a TikTok video lamenting that she woke up to news the gunman’s attempt on the president’s life had been unsuccessful. In the video, Baum referenced creators who suggested Friday or the previous day could have been significant, then expressed disappointment about the actual news she received. The incident occurred after 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen of Torrance, California, charged a security checkpoint before being tackled and arrested by Secret Service agents.

The video gained widespread attention after the popular Libs of TikTok account shared it with millions of followers. Social media users quickly uncovered additional TikTok videos Baum had posted, which showcased similar controversial viewpoints. Parents, lawmakers, and conservative commentators flooded social media platforms demanding her immediate termination. One viral reply shared the official Ohio educator misconduct reporting link, directing concerned citizens to file formal complaints with state education authorities.

Security Incident Details Emerge

Surveillance footage captured Allen sprinting past metal detectors and opening fire before exchanging shots with Secret Service agents. One agent was struck but remained unharmed due to protective body armor. President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and other officials were quickly evacuated from the stage without injury. Allen, who wrote in a manifesto that he targeted administration members, faced charges including using a firearm during a crime of violence and assault on a federal officer using a dangerous weapon. U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro confirmed the charges ahead of Monday’s scheduled arraignment.

Teacher Background Raises Additional Concerns

Allen himself was also an educator who received a Teacher of the Month award in December 2024, raising questions about screening processes in educational institutions. The Children’s House website appeared to crash or was taken offline Sunday evening amid the public outcry and overwhelming traffic. As of late Sunday, the school had not issued any public statement regarding Baum’s employment status or the controversial video. The Ohio Department of Education now faces pressure to investigate whether Baum’s teaching credentials should be reviewed or revoked based on the incident and her expressed views about political violence.
